The organisers of PerlCon 2019 invite the IT community to take part in the 20th edition of the European Perl Conference. The conference is dedicated to the Perl programming languages, and we are open to see participants using other programming languages too.
PerlCon is a three-day conference, which will be held on 7–9 August 2019 in Rīga, the capital of Latvia. The two days prior to the conference are dedicated to teaching classes and workshops.
We are preparing a big program for you, both keynotes and talks, as well as a social program such as a Pre-Conference Meeting, an Attendees Dinner, the Game Night, and more.
Our venue is Radison Blu Daugava hotel, we are occupying the conference rooms on the first and the second floors.
This year, we are offering you alternative lunches: depending on how much you want to spend, you can go either to the canteen of the Latvian National Library or to the restaurant at the hotel.
To attend the conference, create an account on our site. If you have visited previous YAPCs, you can import your old account. We prepared different types of attendees tickets; you are welcome to explore our ticket plans and buy the most suitable one.

This is the second time this conference comes to Rīga, the first being YAPC::Europe in 2011. In 2009, we were organising a pilot edition of the Baltic Perl Workshop.
