A lot of people arrive at least one day before the conference. To meet each other, come to our pre-conference meeting in the evening of 6th August.

Time: 18:00–21:00.
Next to the main conference room and in the inner yard of the Radisson Blu Daugava hotel.
Everyone with a conference ticket, including your partners, family, colleagues and friends from Rīga.
There will be a bar installed for us with fizzy drinks, juices, local beer, house wine (red and white), gin, vodka, brandy, rum, and whiskey.
There is no entrance fee, but you pay for your drinks and food yourself.
